Please note we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, Locked Bags or Parcel Lockers.
JOGO® is proud to utilise 100% bio-degradable packaging. Your scrubs will arrive in a biodegradable mailer bag protected with eco-friendly FSC-Certified packaging paper.
Please allow up to 48-72 hours from date of purchase for us to send your parcel out. We try our best to fulfil orders in this timeframe, however please allow for longer time periods during sale, promotion and new release launches.
Please allow 10 -14 business days for embroidered/personalised items to be dispatched. This again will be longer during sale periods.

We trust that you’ll love your latest JOGO® purchase, however if for some reason you need to return your item we’re here to help.
We have a 30-day return policy on FULL PRICED ITEMS, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: All items will be inspected on return and it remains at the discretion of JOGOWEAR whether the item will be accepted for refund. When returning items to us, you are responsible for the cost of the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse as we cannot be responsible until they are received. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will endeavour to do this as soon as we can.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this in addition to the time taken for your return postage to reach us.
We do not provide exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
JOGO® scrubs are made with an in-house blend of 70% Polyester, 26% Rayon, 4% Spandex. This ensures a lightweight and breathable fabric whilst also maximising comfort and durability.
